These classes are for mothers who are at least 6 weeks post-delivery and are looking to regain and improve their core strength, pelvic floor, postural issues post-pregnancy and general well being. The classes will run for 10 weeks where you will start by performing beginner level exercises working through to an improver level. During this time you will experience greater body awareness and control, improving posture, balance and shape.
Classes are limited to groups no larger than 4 allowing close attention and guidance. Pre-crawling babies are welcome allowing mums to tend to their baby if need be and also for those who do not yet feel ready to separate from their newborn.

Classes consist of no more than 4 women, ensuring a high level of supervision. Also, every mum taught by Kellie Moore currently receives a kit bag with helpful information and some Pilates goodies!
