Jelly Belly Pilates classes are designed specifically for mums who are 6 weeks or more postcaesarean and are looking to increase core strength and stability, correct posture post pregnancy, improve body shape and muscle tone and as a result lose their jelly belly! It is also a good opportunity to connect with other mums who are going through the same experience.
This 10-week course covers the fundamental and improver levels of mat Pilates exercises, where considerations and adaptations are made to cater for the more sensitive tummy area minimising any pain or discomfort. This course aims to help mums identify their core muscles, create better body awareness and form a good foundation for more intense levels of exercise later on. A follow on class will also be available for those who have completed the course.
Classes are limited to groups no larger than 6 allowing close attention and guidance. Pre-crawling babies are welcome allowing mums to tend to their baby if need be and also for those who do not yet feel ready to separate from their newborn.

Classes consist of no more than 4 women, ensuring a high level of supervision. Also that each mum receives a kit bag with helpful information and some Pilates goodies!
