Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga, the mother of all Yoga, is an ancient form of yoga that was taught in secret for centuries only to the Brahmans of India. It was first taught openly by Yogi Bhajan in California in '69. He taught that happiness is our birthright. Kundalini Yoga is powerful, transformative and extremely healthful to the body. It can be done by anyone, you don't need to be flexible or experienced in yoga, the moves are simple. Yoga cannot be understood by reading about it, you have to experience it for yourself. All the equipment is provided by the Therapy Rooms all you need to bring is you.

Classes consist of no more than 6 women, ensuring a good quality of teaching. The class will run with a minimum of 2 - 3 women booked.
