Kundalini Yoga is an ancient, powerful, dynamic form of yoga. It was taught for centuries in secret and has only been taught openly since 1969.
Kundalini Yoga is transformative and extremely healthful to the body. It can be done by anyone; you don't need to be flexible or experienced in yoga. The moves are simple.
You have to experience it for yourself. Yoga cannot be understood on its own by reading about it.
All the equipment is provided by the us, so all you need to bring is you.

Classes consist of no more than 6 people, ensuring a good quality of teaching. The class will run with a minimum of 2 - 3 women booked.
