The teaching of Iyengar yoga is progressive and safe. It pays attention to detail and alignment encouraging the student to work to their own ability. It is suitable for adults of all ages.

Classes consist of no more than 6 people, ensuring a high level of supervision. All classes will run with a minimum of 2 - 3 people booked.
