Ambreen Hameed
Yoga Instructor for Restorative Yoga
Ambreen has been practising yoga for over twenty years and is strongly influenced in her teaching by the Satyananda and Viniyoga traditions. She trained as a teacher at The Life Centre in London and has learned from many great teachers over the years. While her approach to yoga is broad-based, she has been a passionate collector and developer of restorative practices for some years, having studied with, among others, the pioneering restorative teacher, Judith Lasater.
Luisa D'Ambrosio
Instructor for Antenatal, Postnatal & Rehabilitative Pilates
Luisa has taught Pilates for the past 7 years having completed her training with the Pilates Foundation (UK). Her practice and teaching experience has developed alongside her career as a contemporary dancer, and she has found this to be a strong support against injuries and strains that she has encountered through the years. She has worked with remedial Pilates on a one-to-one basis alongside osteopaths and physiotherapists, focusing on injury recovery and severe back pain.
Luisa currently teaches adult performing arts students at Laban and the Italia Conti Academy and is regularly employed as a visiting lecturer in other London establishments. She also teaches antenatal Pilates in Triyoga Primrose Hill and privately.
Laura Jones (LOCUM for Francine Chambers)
Instructor for Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga
Laura is covering Francine Chambers' classes while she is on maternity leave. She is an experienced Kundalini Yoga Instructor registered with KYTA and teaches Mother and Baby yoga, Kundalini Yoga for pregnancy, as well as a Kundalini class especially for women. Warm-hearted and good humored, Laura's passion for Kundalini Yoga and in particular Women's health, both physical and spiritual, creates a nurturing space for women and babies to unwind and feel good.
Laura is also available to support pregnant and postnatal women as a doula. Initial consultations are free.

Lindi Lu (LOCUM for Francine Chambers)
Instructor for Pregnancy Yoga
Lindi Lu is a Member of the Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association and is currently covering Francine Chambers' pregnancy yoga classes while she is on maternity leave.
Gill Hickman
Teacher for Guided Visualisation
Gill was diagnosed HIV positive in 1989 and is fortunate to have been extremely healthy for the past 20 years, without medication, so the Happy Cells paintings and daily positive visualisation and meditation has been particularly significant for her. Gill believes that art, meditation and visualization can support health and wellbeing and she would like to share her knowledge and experience. She has been running regular classes since 2008 and ould like to introduce these tho the Dulwich Therapy Rooms.

Janet Evans CYS, BWY
Yoga & Vedic Chanting Teacher
Janet Evans has been practising yoga since 1986 and teaching since 1996. She is an AYS (formerly Viniyoga) teacher whose work is based on the teachings of Krisnamacharya and TKV Desikachar, was trained by Paul Harvey and qualified in 1998. She lives and works in South East London, where she teaches groups of adults and children and also on a one to one basis. Janet has worked extensively in schools, colleges and nurseries.
She regularly runs workshops including vedic chanting. She has worked in retreat settings as a trainer and a teacher.
Janet is also registered as a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and is qualified through them to teach children's and antenatal classes. She has a BWY diploma in Ayurveda.
Radhika Lakshman
Yoga Instructor (Hatha)
Radhika is teaching Hatha yoga for groups and individuals.
