Harriet's classes provide a soothing combination of yoga postures to stretch, strengthen and realign the body with a strong meditative focus to calm the mind - relaxation for body and mind.
Starting mid-September Harriet is teaching a 6-week beginners class - an opportunity to work in a small group to learn the basic yoga postures, as well as relaxation techniques and the ideology behind yoga. We will focus on technique so that you get the most out of your practice and feel confident to attend general level classes or pursue your own practice at home.
