Booking Terms

Enquiries

The clinic receptionist and any practitioners who are available at the clinic will answer general enquiries about our therapies, courses and any other services. If you require more in-depth information, we will put you in touch with the most relevant practitioner.
Please contact us, if you have any questions or if you would like us to send you information. We will gladly try to help you.

Same-day Appointments
Same-day appointments may be possible; so please do not hesitate to contact us by phoning the clinic on 020 8299 4232 or by simply visiting us.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice, unless an appointment has been booked on the same day. Late cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment charge. Not attending an appointment without prior notice will incur the full fee of the appointment.

Should you be late

If for some reason you cannot make it on time, please let the clinic know, so we can make arrangements where possible. However, our practitioners will only sometimes be able to run over, as normally there are no time gaps in-between sessions.

Payment Methods
Our sessions can only be paid by
cash or cheque,
directly at the end of each session. If you need to get cash out, the nearest cash points (HSBC & Barclays) are located on Lordship Lane, next to the Co-op supermarket diagonally opposite the clinic.
