Odette is a very experienced massage therapist, with expertise in sports, pregnancy, detox and therapeutic body work. She has been practising for many years and is passionate about complementary healthcare. She has studied at the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). Also teaching yoga, she enjoys getting people's wellbeing back on track. Her style is nourishing, with wonderful attention to detail.

Caroline has been practising massage and aromatherapy since 2000. She has gained lots of experience working in clinics in London since qualifying and has been part of the team at Dulwich Therapy Rooms since 2005. Caroline is specially trained in Pregnancy Massage and particularly enjoys the extensive work she does with pregnant women, optimising their comfort and wellbeing during the months leading up to the birth.
Caroline is also very interested in movement-orientated massage and bodywork, stemming from her own love of dance, gyrotonics and Qi Gong. This has led her to train in Pulsing (Rhythmical Movement Massage) and Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian Massage), both of which have a strong emphasis on movement - vital for good health and longevity.
Caroline is registered with the CThA (Complementary Therapies Association) and regularly attends lectures, seminars and workshops to learn new skills and to keep up to date with exciting developments in the field of natural and integrated healthcare.

Monica is a professional member of the Association of Reflexologist and a qualified Maternity Reflexologist. She specialises in hormonal health, fertility and pregnancy. As well as being a reflexologist, she is a trained nutritional therapist and has, for many years, been running the successful health store Healthmatters, which is very much part of the heart and soul of the clinic too.

Elena is a craniosacral therapist and massage practitioner. With roots in Italy, is an experienced therapist, having worked for over 10 years. She brings with her a gentle, caring nature that pervades through her treatments.

Before joining Dulwich Therapy Rooms, Elena has practised in leading Spas within and outside the UK. She offers deep tissue, hot stones, pregnancy and holistic massage. Having graduated in Craniosacral therapy in 2005, she has developed a treatment that combines massage and CST, which Elena calls the 'Stillness Ritual', a wonderful 2 hour long treatment. She has also been volunteering, both at the 7th July Assistance Center and a family center, providing craniosacral therapy treatments. She is very passionate about her work and likes the fact that she never stops learning new things.
