The aim of this workshop is to give you an introduction to the Technique and how it is taught, individually or in a group setting. I''ll talk about the principles and then we'll put them into action so each person experiences how it feels to move with freedom and ease, in a balanced and coordinated way. There'll be time to address individual concerns so that you understand how may be contributing to the difficulties you experience but also how you can stop and reverse unhelpful patterns of thought and movement.
This introductory workshop is free of charge.
