This is a 6-week course in the Alexander Technique.
Each week we will discuss a new aspect of the Technique, do some chair and floor work and address the specific concerns of each participant.
From the first session you will have lots of new ideas to explore, so that you can understand how your body works best, how to move in balance with freedom and ease and how to create a feeling of well-being whenever and wherever you want it.
